Payment:

Prices are in USD and are non-negotiable.

All payment is done through PayPal.

At least half of payment is required upfront with the rest due after you've approved the final design. However, you are welcome to pay in full upfront if you prefer. After the first half of payment is cleared, I will begin the design. Upon completion of the artwork, the remaining payment is expected within a week.

Commissions are completed in the order that the initial payment is received. However, for an extra fee I do offer express delivery which will put you in the top of my queue (please contact me for details).
Process:

To begin, I will create a sketch or concept art and send it to you. You are free to make revisions at this point. (See the “revisions” section below for details regarding what revisions are allowed).

Next, I will finish the graphic and touch it up with shading.

Last, a screenshot of the finished product will be sent for a final review. (At this point only very minor revisions will be permitted). Once you love the emote, the remainder of payment is due.

Upon receiving and clearing the remainder of the payment, I will send the finished images pre-sized in their respective sizes.
Revisions:

Don’t feel bad about revisions! I want you to love your new emote! Just keep the following in mind.

If you change your mind about the emote/sub badge you would like and I have already begun the sketching process, it will result in an additional fee. (ex. Different pose, character). The fee will depend on whether it was an emote or sub badge.

Other than major changes as mentioned above, you are totally welcome to let me know minor edits (smaller arm, bigger eyes ect.)! I want you to love your emote. So please work with me in the beginning so we both leave happy <3
Cancellations/Refunds:

If you would like to cancel your order and I have already begun working on it, I will refund half of the total price. (Note, if you only paid half upfront then this does not apply. If you paid in full upfront, then the 50% is refunded.)
Refunds are NOT accepted if the commission is already completed.
If for some reason I have to cancel a commission (I have the right to do so, however it is highly unlikely this will happen) then you will receive a full refund.

I reserve the right to refuse any emote that I do not wish to do (ex. nudity, nsfw)

Don’t be rude or overly pushy, it would not be a pleasant process for either of us. I will decline the commission 😊
What can “you” do with the emotes?

You may use them on twitch, twitter or other online platforms freely.
(Note: The emotes are not sent in merch friendly sizes, if you would like to utilize them for merch let me know and I will size the file as needed)

Please do not change, or re-color any of my designs.

Please credit my artwork.

Do not copy or resell any of my art without prior consent by me.

Do not claim to have created my designs.
